Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Customer Service Rep I:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in customer service role - strong computer and customer service skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

You’ll also receive the following perks with this job:

Pay: starting at $19.00 per hour

Shifts: Tuesday - Saturday - 10:00 am – 6:30 pm

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
