Customer Service Representative

Position Details
Pay Rate:
$ 18.00/hour Schedule:
Monday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Assignment Type:
Onsite Core Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination:
Monitor delivery route progress and process real-time changes or cancellations to orders. Conflict Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints and service issues via phone and email with a calm, professional demeanor. Operational Support:
Perform tactile tasks including scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps. Collaboration:
Act as the liaison between customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project). Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a high-volume setting. Preferred Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in a call center or logistics-related customer service role. Exceptional organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Why Work with Adecco?

Pay Details:
$18.00 per hour
