Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Selma, TX (Onsite)

Assignment Type:

Recruit Only / Full-Time

Shift Details (Rotating Schedule):

Days:

Monday - Saturday (with one scheduled day off during the week). Rotating Shifts include: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the heartbeat of our commitment to outstanding service. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure delivery commitments are met and expectations are exceeded at every step of the journey.

Key Responsibilities

Communication:

Assist customers and business partners via high-volume telephone calls and professional email correspondence. Conflict Resolution:

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner; diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Route Monitoring:

Actively monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure on-time performance. Logistics Support:

Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders accurately. Problem Solving:

Assess complex delivery challenges and provide immediate, effective solutions. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project). Availability:

Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays and various shift times. Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience:

1 year of related experience, ideally within a call center or logistics environment. Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. Communication:

Pay Details:

$16.00 per hour
