At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Funding Services Representative is responsible for handling outbound and inbound funding request calls and processing loan funding requests. In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing and processing loan documentation while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s polices and controls. Primary Responsibilities

Processes loan documents, loan document requests, and voids & reissues loan documents Processes loan application withdrawal requests Reviews signed loan documentation and opens the borrower’s loan Processes loan funding requests Handles Funding Management System (FMS) outbound and inbound funding request calls Works under general supervision ensuring the Bank’s procedures and controls are followed This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Skills And Competencies

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations Ability to work on a team Demonstrated professionalism and self-motivation Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong typing skills with emphasis on speed and accuracy Strongly Preferred

Contact center and/or customer service experience Shift Details

Part-time Monday thru Friday 6AM-11AM Rotating Weekends Location: Provo, Utah Position Type

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Minimum
