Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and support a growing book of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and delivering a high level of service to clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and be a key part of ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for our clients.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate annual coverage reviews
Process policy changes and endorsements
Assist with and report claims
Handle billing questions and policy inquiries
Support day-to-day client service needs

Qualifications What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of personal lines experience in an independent agency (strongly preferred)
Experience with comparative rating tools
Experience with AMS 360 preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication skills
