Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within the property industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate markets and digital advertising tools Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal aspects of real estate transactions Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships Organizational skills that enable managing multiple clients and transactions efficiently Experience in property management or real estate law is advantageous Administrative experience in real estate or related fields is preferred Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Compensation
