Responsibilities

Agency Ownership Preparation: Successfully complete a course designed to refresh and deepen knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, services, and business operations.

Operational Support: Work directly with a District Manager and Agency Business Consultant to understand the operational, financial, and managerial aspects of running a successful agency.

Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on offering customized insurance solutions. Promote Farmers Insurance products to potential customers, contributing to sales growth and market expansion.

Ongoing Education & Support: Take advantage of continuing education opportunities and support programs from Farmers Insurance to stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and business best practices.

Requirements

Exceptional sales skills and experience.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Career-minded vision.

Ability to obtain an A Property & Casualty insurance license.

Ability to obtain an A Life & Health insurance license.

Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
