The Midwest Invest team is looking to add a team Member. This is a full-time sales role with our team as a licensed real estate agent.
Our team values energy, work‑ethic, and winning together. We are focused on building a strong business to not only create wealth for ourselves, but help others do the same. Real Estate Sales is the vehicle in which we accomplish our goals. And serving clients + in-depth expertise in contracts, negotiations, and the market is how we bring value to others.
There is no experience required. No one on our team has any sales or real‑estate experience prior to joining.
We do have leads that are disbursed to team members.
We do run a very unique and powerful sales system that can be taught, and if followed with discipline, will create results in a challenging industry.

Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
