Role Description Broker associate needed to assist our office located in Lynn Haven, FL and on a major HWY 77 in a very good location with signage access to you. Must be a self-starter responsible for team, listings and selling properties, assisting team with home buyers, prospecting for new deals, working with office listings and leads. Overrides on team and production, No office fees, Office with tons of traffic. E&O included, Bonus program and MLS fees and dues Bonused out as well.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Sales skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus
