Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market analysis, preparing property listings, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include engaging in client outreach, hosting property viewings, and staying updated on real estate market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of the real estate market, including market trends, analysis, and property valuation
Proficiency in client relationship building, communication, and customer service
Experience in negotiation, closing deals, and contract processes
Knowledge of digital marketing, property listing strategies, and social media marketing
Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios effectively
Current real estate license for the state of California
Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bay Area
Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate technology is a plus
