Role Description As a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Advisor, you will be responsible for representing clients in property sales, leasing transactions, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors. This contract role is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA, offering a balance of in‑office and remote work. Success in this role will require strong knowledge of local market trends, client‑oriented service, and a commitment to meeting client goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices
Strong knowledge of Finance as it applies to real estate transactions
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proven sales and negotiation skills to secure agreements beneficial to all parties
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in‑office and remote responsibilities
Existing network of local contacts in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus
Self‑motivation, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role
