Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Fort Worth, TX. The Leasing Consultant will assist with leasing apartment homes, providing outstanding customer service, and building strong relationships with residents and prospects. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and assisting with resident retention efforts. The role also entails participating in marketing activities and ensuring community standards are upheld to enhance the overall resident experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience with leasing, property management, or sales is preferred.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record‑keeping and organizing lease agreements.
Marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to assist in resident engagement and community events.
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
