Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant based in Dallas, TX. The Leasing Consultant will actively engage with prospective tenants, showcase properties, and assist in lease signing while ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, handling lease applications, and maintaining records. The role also involves building positive relationships with residents, assisting with marketing and advertising, and contributing to occupancy goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record management, lease agreements, and scheduling
Sales and marketing skills, including familiarity with marketing platforms and social media for property promotion
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing tenant concerns
Basic proficiency with property management software and computer tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
Experience in property management or leasing preferred but not required
