Job Title: Architectural Designer
We are seeking an Architectural Designer for a full-time or part-time role. This position is ideal for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who aspire to become architects. The role involves conducting site surveys to assess existing conditions using 3D scanning software and drafting the results. The projects you will work on include industrial, office, retail, and interior designs.
Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys to evaluate existing conditions using 3D scanning software.
Input survey results into computer systems and draft up results.
Collaborate on industrial, office, retail, and interior projects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Ability to conduct surveys and draft construction documents.
Interest in pursuing a career as an Architect.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Matterport 3D Scanner is a plus.
Work Environment The work environment includes in-office time when not on-site taking measurements. Candidates with sufficient experience may work in a hybrid mode 1-2 days a week. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
