Description
Oversee all field activity, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
Manage weekly scheduling, trade coordination, and inspections
Resolve field issues, RFIs, and design conflicts in real time
Conduct QC checks on framing, drywall, MEP rough‑ins, and finishes
Manage punchlists and turnover to property management teams
Profile
5-10+ years in
multi‑family (podium, garden‑style, or mid‑rise)
construction
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction scheduling and documentation tools
Knowledge of building codes and multi‑family inspection processes
OSHA 30 certification
