Description
Lead the full field execution of multi‑building projects
Manage scheduling, inspection coordination, and subcontractor workflow
Conduct daily safety meetings and jobsite audits
Monitor quality across structural, MEP, and finish phases
Maintain accurate field reports, logs, and photo documentation
Deliver buildings on time, on budget, and within quality standards
Profile
5-10+ years of experience supervising
multi‑family or large‑scale residential
builds
Experience with wood‑frame, slab‑on‑grade, and site utilities
Strong understanding of MEP sequencing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 required
