The Superintendent will lead the on‑site construction for multi‑family housing projects typically ranging from 80-300 units. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong focus on schedule execution and subcontractor management.

Description
Direct daily jobsite operations and enforce project standards
Coordinate subcontractors and manage site safety compliance
Lead site logistics planning, material staging, and deliveries
Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to plans/specs
Work closely with the PM on budgets, change orders, and schedule updates
Manage turnover, final inspections, and warranty coordination
Profile
5-10 years supervising
multi‑family or senior living construction
Strong understanding of finishes, waterproofing, MEPs, and building envelope systems
Ability to manage large subcontractor teams
Strong communication and documentation skills
OSHA 30 certification
