OVERVIEW Our client is seeking a
Property Administrator
to provide
administrative support
for property management operations. This role focuses on
general administrative tasks, record maintenance, and supporting day-to-day property operations , ensuring smooth and efficient management across assigned properties.
The ideal candidate is
organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative , capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting the property management team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Post rents and maintain
tenant accounts
accurately.
Enter invoices and track
expenses .
Prepare
balance due notices
and other tenant communications.
Maintain accurate
records and documentation
for properties.
Support
bookkeeping and accounting functions
as needed.
Assist with
vendor coordination
and other administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the
property management team
to ensure smooth operations.
WHAT IT TAKES
2–5 years
of experience in property management or administrative support.
Strong
organizational skills
and attention to detail.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and property management software.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills .
Ability to
manage multiple tasks and priorities
effectively.
Familiarity with
affordable housing or multi-family property administration
is a plus.
