
Manager, Experiential Activation

The Manager, Experiential Activation is a key member of the Overtime Events team responsible for planning and executing experiential activations across Overtime’s leagues, platforms, and live events. Reporting to the Director of Events, this role helps bring Overtime partnerships to life through creative, high‑impact experiences that connect brands, athletes, and fans.
What You’ll Do This role serves as a primary experiential lead for activation programs across the company, integrating custom builds, installations, and live experiences into Overtime’s events and league environments. Working cross‑functionally across partnerships, leagues, content, and operations, the Manager, Experiential Activation ensures that every activation is delivered with the highest standards of creativity, execution, and operational excellence.
This Role Will
Lead planning and execution of experiential activations across Overtime leagues, events, and platforms
Contribute to the sales process by supporting RFP responses and developing activation concepts for prospective partners
Translate partnership agreements into compelling live experiences and activation programs
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams including Partnerships, League Operations, Content, and Marketing
Manage activation logistics including vendor coordination, site planning, program development, and load‑in/load‑out
Liaise with fabrication partners and vendors to produce custom builds, signage, and branded environments
Develop and maintain event documentation including run of shows, production schedules, contact lists, and facility setups
Support operations across Overtime league properties including basketball and football events
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and experiential production partners
Track activation budgets including vendor invoices, reconciliation, and reporting
Maintain production timelines and operational checklists across multiple projects
Ensure activations and events are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality

An Ideal Candidate Skill Set Includes
4+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, brand activation, or live event operations
Experience executing experiential activations, sponsorship integrations, or large‑scale live events
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working cross‑functionally across internal teams and external partners
Experience managing vendors, fabrication partners, and experiential production agencies
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations for activation setup
Ability to assist in the construction or installation of event assets as needed
Availability to work nights and weekends
Overtime expects the base salary for this position to be $70-75K annually in addition to medical benefits, paid time off, and stock options in the company.
