Role Description This is a full-time remote or hybrid role for an AVP of Real Estate and Capital Markets. The AVP will be responsible for managing real estate and capital market investments advisory pipeline, participating in due diligence on commercial real estate projects, and analyzing financial data related to real estate investments. You will be interacting with real estate sponsors in order to close deals of $5,000,000-$1,000,000,000 and larger. NYC or surrounding area residence preferred, but not required.

This is a FULL-TIME or PART-TIME and
COMMISSION ONLY
position targeting 6 figures in annual commission compensation. Support, one-on-one coaching, CRM and other software and guidance are provided. We offer "house" leads to those who canvass effectively for us and there are other perks. Our sweet spot loan amounts are $5 mil - $75 mil with a minimum loan amount of $1 million which results in large commissions (1099 or corp-to-corp).
The ideal candidate will create relationships with investors, borrowers, and many referring sources locally and nationwide with ease using their natural charisma and our comprehensive training program, with no geographic restrictions - we lend in 50 states, and sometimes in the neighboring courtiers - while using our proprietary one-on-one-coaching. We teach you how to find and contact borrowers and referring partners step-by-step and at a high volume.
Responsibilities Include:
Making a LOT of outgoing calls to sponsors, brokers, and other referring parties (all covered in training)
We require a minimum of 15 hours of phone canvassing per week: only apply if your day job is REMOTE or HYBRID and you can dedicate this time. FULL-TIME applicant will be expected to put in 40 hours weekly or more.
Follow up with all your sources often
Use email, text and specific social media platforms to canvass, meet and grow with a myriad of referring sources available
Be a liaison between the sponsors, referring partners, management, closing and underwriting
Work with Closers in providing information and access to Sponsors and referring partners and CLOSING DEALS
Maintain a high Ethical Level in all activates at all times
Some sales experience and real estate experience and the right circle are preferred, but not required
