You will work with an active team, help buyers tour homes, build client relationships, and gain hands‑on experience inside a real producing environment.
What You’ll Do
Show homes to active buyers
Support clients throughout the home search process
Communicate with leads and help move them toward purchase decisions
Work directly with a team that is actively generating opportunity
Learn our process, systems, and sales approach
Grow into a larger agent opportunity as performance increases
What We’re Looking For
Real estate license or ability to obtain one
Strong people skills and professionalism
Responsive, dependable, and coachable
Motivated by growth, income opportunity, and real estate sales
Comfortable working weekends and around client schedules

Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in touring properties
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ home search preferences
Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
Engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team
