Showing Agent Opportunity
Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent, or someone actively working toward a license, who wants to learn the business through real activity while building a path toward becoming a consistent buyer’s agent and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity places you alongside productive agents and an in-house lending team that supports agent development and client success.
Responsibilities As a Showing Agent, you will learn to support buyers throughout the home search, coordinate showing schedules, host open houses, and stay involved in client communication. Through hands‑on experience, you will learn how to show homes effectively, build relationships with buyers, and understand how active transactions move forward from the first conversation through closing.
You will also learn to generate business through daily lead generation, follow‑up, and client communication. Over time, the goal is to help you grow from supporting buyers into developing your own consistent buyer business while gaining confidence and experience inside a collaborative environment.
Working alongside an in‑house lending team also gives you additional visibility into how financing supports transactions and how strong communication between agents and lenders helps deals move forward smoothly.
