We are looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to support a productive real estate team while building your own long-term foundation. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, direct exposure to active buyers, and the chance to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. A real estate license is required or must be in progress.
As a Showing Agent, you will assist with property tours, support buyer activity, and gain practical experience through real transactions. You will also benefit from proven systems, ongoing training, and the structure that helps new agents grow with confidence while learning to move toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent.

Lead follow-up
Close appointments
Set appointments
CRM and database drip campaigns
Ongoing training
Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
Qualifications
A real estate license is required
Great communication
Commission opportunity
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
Professional in attitude and appearance
Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Compensation $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
