We are looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to support a productive real estate team while building your own long-term foundation. A real estate license is required or must be in progress.
As a Showing Agent, you will assist with property tours, support buyer activity, and gain practical experience through real transactions. You will also benefit from proven systems, ongoing training, and the structure that helps new agents grow with confidence while learning to move toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent.

Responsibilities
- Lead follow-up

- CRM and database drip campaigns
- Ongoing training
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
- Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
Qualifications
- A real estate license is required

Compensation
$70,000 - $175,000 at plan
