Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Renfrew, PA. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing personalized financial and insurance solutions to clients, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and addressing insurance needs, and achieving sales objectives. The agent will also deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients about life insurance and financial products, and keep up-to-date with industry trends to provide the best possible solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting or financial planning
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build long-term relationships with clients
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
State insurance license or willingness to obtain one (with company support)
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is beneficial
