Duties & Responsibilities
Assists in maintaining records management systems and procedures.
Organizes, files, and retrieves records in accordance with policies.
Supports records retention and disposition processes.
Ensures compliance with records management requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Knowledge of records management principles
Organizational and filing skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Basic data management skills
Communication skills
Minimum/General Experience
2 to 4 years of related experience
Minimum Education
High School diploma (or equivalent)
