Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
The HR Specialist will facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving conflicts
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking
The HR Specialist will help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and professional development programs
The HR Specialist will prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Specialist Role
Proven experience in a Human Resources role preferred
