Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and phone for our Hungarian-speaking users
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy
Guide customers in navigating our platform and services to enhance their overall experience
Collaborate with your team to achieve performance goals and maintain service excellence
Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within our support systems
Engage in continuous learning through product training and participation in workshops
Requirements
Fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for excellent customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
An interest in the gaming industry and familiarity with the iGaming sector is a plus
