Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at the Earl Apartments in Gainesville. We offer competitive wages up to $16.50/hr plus $75 Leasing Commissions, up to $100 Renewal Commissions, yearly raises up to 5%, and comprehensive benefits.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and attempt to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
Create all lease documents and facilitate signing where required
Maintain all resident files, both physical and digital, in YARDI
Utilize required telephone etiquette and techniques
Assist the Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Perform additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service field
Good computer skills and ability to navigate software
Good verbal and written communication
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
Be an organized self‑starter
Present oneself professionally in appearance and demeanor
This role requires pre‑employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
