The Role We’re looking for a driven, assertive Call Center Agent to join our team and focus on outbound calling to schedule in-home consultations for our bath solutions.

This is a high-energy, fast-paced role where success comes from confidence, persistence, and the ability to connect with homeowners quickly.

What You’ll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers

Engage homeowners and confidently present our services

Overcome objections and persuade customers to book in-home consultations

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff

Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly booking targets

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and influence

Confident, assertive, and comfortable handling objections

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment

Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales is a big plus

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
