Overview Our client is looking for someone with a keen interest in advising a portfolio of businesses and agency owners on growth strategy, optimizing their operations, and directly impacting revenue generation across the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with top clients and act as a strategic advisor on performance and growth

Identify bottlenecks across onboarding, execution, and retention, then build systems to fix them

Run experiments (incentives, workflows, automations) to improve marketplace liquidity

Work cross-functionally with product and ops to translate insights into platform improvements
