Role Description We are seeking a
Customer Account Manager (Outside Sales)
to join our growing team in Northern New Jersey.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with store teams to support accounts, manage orders, and proactively identify opportunities to grow business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Manage customer accounts to ensure smooth and accurate transactions
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with store and operations teams to deliver best-in-class service
Drive sales through consistent follow-up, upselling, and customer engagement
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
Strong customer service and account management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities
Ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other technology platforms
Automotive parts knowledge is a plus, but not required
Previous experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Must have a vehicle
