What You’ll Do (Day to Day Impact) As an Account Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts by building strong relationships and delivering value‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and win new commercial and industrial customers within your assigned territory

Manage and retain existing accounts, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and loyalty

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding natural gas and energy‑related services

Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager, inside sales, operations, and marketing teams to align on sales strategies

Identify customer needs and recommend customized energy solutions

Build credibility as an industry expert by staying current on energy markets, products, competitors, and trends

Attend trade shows, conventions, and customer events to expand your network and pipeline

Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable working independently in the field and thrives on relationship‑based selling.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in outside or B2B sales

Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business

Highly organized with strong time‑management skills

Self‑motivated and results‑driven

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Experience selling to commercial or industrial customers

Knowledge of energy, utilities, or related services
