About the Role This is a true territory-building role.
You will be responsible for developing a greenfield territory from the ground up — identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, and building long-term customer relationships.
There are no pre-existing accounts to inherit. This role is designed for someone who is motivated to create, build, and own a market over time.
Your territory is a business asset — and your success is directly tied to how you develop it.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and visit industrial facilities (manufacturers, fabrication shops, production plants)
Identify and qualify new customer opportunities
Introduce PGN products and support product trials
Convert prospects into long-term customersBuild and expand customer relationships over time
Maintain CRM records (NetSuite)
Submit weekly and monthly territory development reports
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel within the territory
Strong communication and organizational skills
