The company is seeking an experienced
Regional Sales / Key Account Manager
(RSM/KAM) to drive growth in our Memory Solutions business across North America, with a focus on the Midwest region.
Drive revenue growth for Swissbit’s Memory Solutions, focusing on key target segments including Industrial, Defense, Networks & Communications, and Medical.
You are responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and converting qualified opportunities into closed business. Working closely with our sales representatives and technical teams, you actively build a strong pipeline, develop customer relationships, and turn opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Your profile
BS/AS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven B2B sales experience in NetCom or electronics/security markets
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility, and a customer-first attitude
Digital proficiency in MS Office as well as AI and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory as needed
