About The Role Accurint One
is our next‑generation investigative platform, designed to unify fragmented data sources into a single, intelligence‑driven experience that supports modern law enforcement workflows.
Accurint One Sales Representative
is responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of
Accurint One
across an assigned U.S. territory. This role blends
law enforcement or public safety domain expertise
with
consultative, solution‑based SaaS sales , supporting agencies as they modernize investigative and operational workflows.
Accurint One Sales Representatives play a critical role in helping public safety agencies transition to unified, intelligence‑driven operations—enabling investigators to work smarter and protect communities more effectively.
This is an
overlay sales position
that partners with existing territory sales representatives and does
not own customer accounts . The role is remote within the U.S. and requires regular travel to support in‑person customer engagements, demonstrations, and industry events.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Accurint One overlay specialist, supporting territory sales representatives throughout the full sales cycle
Partner with account owners to identify, qualify, and advance Accurint One opportunities
Lead Accurint One–specific discovery sessions, solution positioning, and product demonstrations tailored to agency workflows
Support opportunity strategy, use‑case development, and value articulation aligned to investigative and operational needs
Assist with pilots, proofs of value, and technical validations as required
Participate in virtual and in‑person customer meetings within the assigned territory
Represent Accurint One at customer briefings, conferences, and public safety industry events
Support onboarding and early adoption efforts to help customers realize value quickly
Track sales activity and pipeline using company systems and established sales processes
Maintain awareness of market trends and provide feedback to sales leadership and product teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior law enforcement or public safety experience strongly preferred
3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within SaaS, public safety technology, or adjacent markets
Demonstrated success in consultative, solution‑based selling
Strong presentation and communication skills with public sector and law enforcement customers
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, distributed environment
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
Ability to pass standard and enhanced background checks to maintain CJIS compliance, as the role requires access to criminal justice information (details below.)
Security and Compliance Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass both the standard company background check for all employees and an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy. Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company’s state and local law enforcement partners. Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role. Employees who subsequently fail to obtain or maintain CJIS compliance may be reassigned or terminated.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois 85,500 - 158,600. Total Target Cash Range: 131,500 - 244,300. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is 89,600 - 166,200, the total target cash range is 137,800 - 255,900. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is 77,300 - 143,500, the total target cash range is 119,000 - 221,000. U.S. National Base Pay Range: 81,400 - 151,100, Total Target Cash Range: 125,300 - 232,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
