We are a women’s apparel manufacturer and wholesale company headquartered in Vernon, CA. We design and produce fashion-forward women’s clothing and supply national retail chains including specialty, value, and mid-tier department store channels.

The Opportunity The Sales Manager will lead the Sales Department to achieve its set goals. We are looking for a driven, well-connected Sales Manager to own and expand our wholesale B2B business. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in the apparel industry, knows how to open doors with buyers, and can close and grow accounts at scale. You will manage existing retail accounts while actively developing new business across specialty, department store, off-price, and fast-fashion channels.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing wholesale retail accounts

Develop new B2B relationships with national and regional retailers, boutiques, and buying offices

Present collections to buyers; coordinate market week calendars and coordinate on-site visits with key accounts

Collaborate with design and production teams to align product development with market demand

Monitor sell-through data and proactively reorder, reposition, or adjust programs

Track account performance against targets; report pipeline and forecast to leadership

Attend trade shows or regional apparel markets as needed

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of B2B wholesale apparel sales experience — women’s category

Established buyer relationships across any of the following channels: specialty retail, department stores, off-price (TJ Maxx, Buckle, Fashion Nova, Windsor, and so on)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Strong product sense — you understand trend cycles, price points, and what moves on retail floors

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficient in ERP (N41), Excel and CRM tools; comfortable pulling and interpreting sales data

Self-starter with the ability to manage a full book of business independently

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field — or equivalent industry experience
