This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Consultant located in Madison, WI, with some work from home acceptable. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the selection process of windows and doors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day‑to‑day tasks include consulting with customers, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed product knowledge to support customer needs. Qualifications

Sales consulting and retail sales experience Customer experience, customer service, and customer satisfaction skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and in a team‑oriented environment Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
