This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Norwood, MA for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include communicating with potential and existing customers, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is essential to meet business goals and consistently drive revenue growth. Qualifications
Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities and drive sales. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively build and maintain lasting client relationships. Exceptional Communication skills to confidently interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills; familiarity with sales management software is a plus. Proactive and results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Knowledge of the life sciences or laboratory operations sector is a strong advantage.
