Domestic Sales Representative – Medical Diagnostics (Central Region)
Remote (Must reside in Central U.S. – Houston, TX preferred)
Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Commission (uncapped earning potential)
We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Domestic Sales Representative to join a growing organization in the medical diagnostics space. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building new business, driving growth, and developing long‑term client relationships. What You’ll Do
Drive new business development through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
Qualify and convert leads from tradeshows, inbound inquiries, and site visits
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth
Build strong relationships with lab managers, clinicians, and technical stakeholders
Educate clients on diagnostic products and applications, including technical discussions
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Collaborate with internal teams including technical specialists, customer service, and marketing
Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and on‑site client visits
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive prospecting
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in technical conversations
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Life Sciences a plus)
