We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic relationships with premium apparel brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship management skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a genuine passion for modern fashion.

This position will support two lifestyle brands, each with a distinct design identity and direction. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing day‑to‑day business activity while ensuring strong alignment and collaboration across internal design, development, and production teams from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of premium apparel brand accounts as the primary partner and point of contact

Foster deep relationships with client teams across design, merchandising, production, and leadership to align brand vision with execution

Drive growth and profitability through account development, strategic planning, and identifying new business opportunities

Partner cross-functionally with internal design, product development, and operations teams to bring each brand’s creative intent to life through high‑quality product execution

Participate in seasonal line reviews, collection presentations, and client meetings, representing both creative sensitivity and commercial understanding

Manage pricing, costing, and margin negotiations with a balanced focus on design integrity and business targets

Monitor and guide order flow, forecasts, and delivery timelines to ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction

Consult with brands on assortment direction, color stories, and product development opportunities, keeping a pulse on market trends and evolving consumer aesthetics

Resolve production or delivery issues swiftly and professionally, maintaining trust and brand integrity

Provide strong internal communication and reporting, including updates on account health, performance metrics, and pipeline trends

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or sales within the apparel or fashion industry

Demonstrated experience working with contemporary or luxury apparel brands

Strong understanding of apparel product development, sourcing, and production processes

Deep aesthetic sensibility and ability to understand, articulate, and support the creative vision of premium brands

Proven track record of growing accounts and managing multi-tier relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Solid commercial acumen with comfort managing pricing, margins, and forecasts

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or similar systems

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00, which can vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
