About The Role Drive sales, build relationships, and grow a well‑established territory in the industrial fluid conveyance market. This outside sales role focuses on hoses, gaskets, fittings, and related solutions for B2B clients.

Essential Functions

Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts

Consultatively sell our products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs

Develop action plans and schedules to prioritize high‑value targets

Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotes for current and prospective clients

Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and sales materials

Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Collaborate with Inside Sales and support teams for seamless customer service

Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and seminars to generate leads

Follow up on orders, shipping schedules, and payment collection as needed

Experience, Education And Skills

HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years outside sales experience, ideally in the industrial hose, gaskets, or fluid conveyance industry

Experience in value‑add or consultative selling a plus

Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills

Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; able to adapt to new technology quickly

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight occasionally

Self‑motivated, high‑energy, and customer‑focused
