Hartmann Young is partnered with a growing European ingredients manufacturer specialising in vitamin and mineral premixes and functional blends for the food, beverage and nutrition markets. The business operates with an established production platform and customer base, with clear ambitions to expand its commercial footprint across Germany and broader European markets. This creates an opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory and drive growth across a defined customer base. As Sales Manager, you will own commercial performance across Germany, building a robust customer base while developing new routes to market for customised premix solutions. You will be responsible for: Developing and growing sales across Germany Managing 10–15 key accounts within food, beverage and nutrition Selling customised vitamin and mineral premixes and functional blends Developing new business through direct commercial activity and industry engagement Working closely with technical teams on formulation-led customer solutions Managing distributor relationships where relevant Leading commercial negotiations, pricing and supply agreements Providing market insight to support future growth opportunities Representing the business with customers and at key industry events We’re looking for someone who understands how functional ingredients and premix solutions are sold and commercialised within European markets. You will ideally bring: Experience selling vitamins, minerals, premixes or functional food ingredients A strong commercial track record within Germany Exposure to B2B food, beverage or nutrition customers Ability to sell technically led, customised solutions Strong commercial instincts with a proactive, growth-driven mindset Comfort operating autonomously within a lean, entrepreneurial environment Why This Opportunity?
