About the Opportunity Our client, a leading player in the

insulation and building materials distribution

space, is hiring a

Regional Sales Manager

to lead and grow their Texas operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue, margin, and market share across multiple branch locations.

They are seeking a proven leader who is currently operating as a

Sales Manager

and has deep experience in multi-branch distribution, contractor sales, and team development within the construction supply ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales performance across multiple distribution branches throughout Texas

Coach and develop branch managers and outside sales representatives

Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and product mix optimization

Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial accounts

Execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Monitor KPIs (volume, margin, pricing, retention) and implement improvements

Partner with operations and supply chain to ensure best-in-class service and execution

Identify new market opportunities across residential, multifamily, and commercial segments

Recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent

Qualifications

Experience in

insulation, building materials, or construction distribution

required

Proven success managing multiple branches or territories

Strong understanding of contractor sales cycles and pricing dynamics

Track record of driving both revenue growth and margin performance

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Willingness to travel across Texas

Preferred Background

Experience with insulation products (fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose)

Exposure to residential and commercial construction markets

Strong operational and financial acumen within a distribution model
