About the Opportunity Our client, a growing company in the

insulation and building materials distribution

space, is actively hiring

Outside Sales Representatives

to expand their presence in the DFW market. This is an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals who thrive in a field-based role and enjoy building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with contractors, builders and key accounts in the DFW market

Drive new business while growing existing accounts

Promote and sell insulation and related building materials products

Conduct jobsite visits, customer meetings, and product presentations

Identify project opportunities across residential and commercial construction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer needs

Qualifications

Minimum

3+ years of outside sales experience

Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory

Preferred Experience

Background in

distribution sales

or building materials

Experience selling

insulation products

or construction-related products

Familiarity with contractor and jobsite sales environments

Competitive base salary + commission structure
