AV Sales Account Manager
We Install IT, California, MO, United States
Remote, a plus to be in LA or Bay Area in California.
$80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (up to 15% of Gross Margin)
This Role is NOT for General Sales Reps
We are looking specifically for a sales professional with existing relationships inside the AV integrator ecosystem - integrators, PM, estimators, manufacturers, consultants.

Develop and grow AV integrator partnerships Prospect and close new service contracts Drive revenue targets and margin goals Manage full sales cycle Represent WeInstall.IT at AV industry events Collaborate closely with operations for smooth execution What Matters Most
Existing industry relationships Proven ability to generate new business Understanding of AV project cycles and installation scopes Willingness to travel throughout California Compensation
