Who You Are You are: ✔ 4–7 years into your sales career ✔ Experienced in the AV integration space ✔ Already connected with integrators in California and Texas ✔ Comfortable selling services ✔ A hunter who can open doors and close deals Bonus if you have worked for: What You'll Own Develop and grow AV integrator partnerships Prospect and close new service contracts Drive revenue targets and margin goals Manage full sales cycle Represent WeInstall.IT at AV industry events Collaborate closely with operations for smooth execution What Matters Most Existing industry relationships Proven ability to generate new business Understanding of AV project cycles and installation scopes Willingness to travel throughout California Compensation Up to 15% commission on gross margin (uncapped) Industry training support High performers can realistically earn $130K–$160K+ on their first year.
