Job Description:
The Event Sales Agent is a front-line sales role focused primarily on booking the Sapphire Showroom and, by extension, other private and semi-private areas of the venue. This position is responsible for building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline for senior sales leadership by engaging prospects in person, generating interest, and securing high-value bookings.
Success in this role requires creative, outside-the-box thinking to position the venue in ways that align with its unique environment as a gentlemen’s club. The Event Sales Agent will proactively source opportunities for private parties, corporate events, trainings, buyouts, and specialty experiences, tailoring each booking to client needs while maximizing venue potential. This role plays a key part in expanding revenue opportunities beyond traditional event use.
Key Responsibilities
Engage prospects in person to introduce offerings and generate qualified sales opportunities. Conduct cold outreach through in-person canvassing, phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Identify and target high-potential prospects ahead of events and on-site. Gather accurate and actionable prospect data to support downstream sales efforts. Book high-value meetings for senior sales leadership. Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the senior sales team. Maintain detailed, accurate records of all prospect interactions. Track outreach activity, lead status, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent pipeline growth. Support reporting and forecasting efforts through accurate data entry and updates. Field-based role with significant in-person prospect engagement. Flexible schedule aligned with events, outreach opportunities, and prospect availability. Performance measured by qualified meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and closed opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile
