Overview
We are partnering with a fast-growing, service-driven organization in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space that is looking to add an Account Executive to their team. This role is ideal for a motivated, consultative sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and enjoys helping businesses improve their payroll, HR, and workforce management processes.
Position Summary The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business through prospecting, networking, and managing the full sales cycle. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying pain points and delivering tailored HCM solutions that support business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and goals
Present and demonstrate HCM solutions including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and timekeeping systems
Develop customized proposals and pricing aligned with client needs
Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
Qualifications
2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HCM, payroll, HR services, or SaaS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and drive
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
