We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a cutting-edge cybersecurity company redefining how security teams handle data. The platform empowers organisations to seamlessly collect, transform, and analyse vast volumes of security data, enabling faster threat detection, sharper insights, and more effective incident response.

You’ll be joining a small, high-performing team with real momentum and a strong pipeline already in place, working side-by-side with senior leadership. This is a true impact role - focused on driving new business, building pipeline through outbound activity, and closing mid‑market deals with security teams, SOCs, and MDR providers.

The environment is fast-moving, ambitious, and highly entrepreneurial. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence go-to-market strategy, and play a key role in scaling a deeply technical, high‑potential cybersecurity business.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in cybersecurity sales (mid‑market focus)

Background in threat detection, MDR, observability, or broader security solutions

Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business

Comfortable working in a startup environment with limited structure

Self‑sufficient, proactive, and resilient with a strong outbound mindset

Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders (e.g. CISOs)

Based in Germany, with flexibility for remote work
